Hello, My name is Karl Langford and I am the Owner/Entertainer for Multiple Choice Disc Jockey.

I graduated from Grey Eagle, MN High School in 1987 and was a member of the United States Navy from 1987-1992.  

I married Amy Wielenberg of Grey Eagle in August of 1994 and we  have 3 children. 

Chandler, 26 years old, lives in Meire Grove, MN with his wife Amanda and they are expecting their first child in May 2024.

Ian, 21 years old, lives in Moorhead, MN and is a chef at a Country Club Restaurant in Fargo, ND.

Miranda, 19 years old attending MSUM in Moorhead, MN studying Music Education.  Her plan is to become a High School choir director.  

I have been a DJ for over 25 years and started Multiple Choice Disc Jockey in August of 2000.  Since then, I have entertained at hundreds of events from Weddings, Bars, Private Parties and School/Teen dances.  Over the last 20+ years, the focus for the company has been mostly towards Weddings.  They are my favorite type of event.  The only other events I have done in the last few years is a yearly car show at the local Dairy Queen here in Long Prairie.

​As of the end of  the 2023 wedding season, I have entertained at 433 weddings since starting my own business. That does not include the weddings I worked when I worked for another company for about 3 years.  

I have become a highly requested Entertainer in Central Minnesota and am highly recommended by many venues across the State and a lot of my business is from referrals from former couples I have worked with.

In the past, I have worked with special needs preschoolers  at the Long Prairie Head Start, was an on call substitute for the Long Prairie/Grey Eagle School district working with Special needs students, and other jobs while working to take my business full time.  My wife and I also have worked summers at the local beach as supervisors. 

I also spend my time hunting, fishing, shopping (yes, I like to shop), woodworking, spending time with my family and I coached my sons little league teams for 7 years.
